This Cream Cheese Yogurt Pot is a high protein dessert or snack that is fast to make and has high quality nutritious ingredients.
This yogurt pot came about out of necessity as I had leftover ingredients from other recipes. As I minimise food that I throw away, I wanted to come up with a recipe that specifically used the homemade stovetop granola and coconut sugar cream cheese.
Plain Greek yogurt is a staple in our home as I use it for numerous meals, for example: a simple breakfast of yogurt and fruit or a dip to accompany lunches or dinners and I have recently started giving it to my son who started solids a few months ago as it is a useful addition for many foods as it aids in a safe swallow.
As mentioned above, I wanted to make these to minimise waste. But now, I will make these pots because of how easy, surprisingly satiating and tasty they are! Also, this pot would be great as a breakfast, dessert or a sweet healthy snack.

How long does this keep for?
Because the granola will go soft if it touches the yogurt or cream cheese layer, the granola should be added to the pot when ready to serve and enjoy.
The cream cheese and yogurt layered pot, without the granola, will keep in the fridge for 3 days and is not suitable for freezing.
